Evaluation and user test of the website for Vårdförbundet, The Swedish Association of Health Professionals. The goal was to get knowledge about how the website was performing, identify user needs, and present improvements to the existing website.
The first step was to analyze the website, compare it with competitors and create a number of hypotheses. Then I created a script with questions and tasks to test on participants. Each test session was one hour and the test participants were members and non-members of Vårdförbundet.
All the material was summarized in a written report. Areas of improvement were also included. The result was overall positive and presented at Vårdförbundet's annual conference.
